Who am I supporting for the US Presidential Election?
Simple one. Barack Obama.
They also asked me what I thought about the situation in Lebanon.
Hezbollah is leading a coup de tat. Malaysians have been advised to not travel there. I'm a non-interventionists, so great with Lebanon. Let them do what they want to.
Then there was a question about Burma and the recent disaster.
I was harsh on ASEAN letting them in. Then, when cyclone Nargis hit, I actually felt sorry for them. Then I heard that the government was hoarding the emergency supplies instead of letting it be distributed to the people. Or at least that's what I've heard from the Western media.
Malaysian media has not exactly highlighted this grouse.
Right now, I'm hoping they save the kids in that collapsed school in China.
Really brings back memories of the Highland Tower condominium collapse in Malaysia.
With the recent announcement of Kosovo's independence, one has to think if the government's that acknowledge this knows what it means to do so.
It would mean that Spain would have to acknowledge Basque separatists.
It would also mean that Indonesia would have to acknowledge the Acheh separatists as well.
China and Taiwan would have another go at it.
What about Ireland? Has anyone considered what effect this might have on them?
Canada and Quebec...?
This is not a healthy act, and I think the UN should reject Kosovo's independence for the sake of world peace, which is obviously a contradicting idea if we were to follow George Bush's opinion.
The Turkey-ish Parliament, I mean, urm, Turkish Parliament has dissed America's "Iraq is mine!" policy and voted to send in the Turkey-ish army into Kurd-led territory. Baghdad, however, is insisting that someone to get restraints for the gigantic Turkey-ish army.

Putin is in Iran talking with the Ayatollah without a red dot on his forehead, much to the dismay of Kremlin security. What is more interesting is that he offered a middle ground idea on how Iran can get nuclear power, instead of lambasting them for wanting nuclear weapons. Judging by the picture, Putin looks like he made a doo-doo....
(Sorry sir, I respect you for having the guts to go through with this....)
Speaking of Iran, France's new Napoleon, who wanted so badly to go into Iran to show America how to invade a Middle Eastern country and get out on time is having problems with his mass transport workers, who are currently on strike. The gas and utility workers are also expected to walk off their jobs. Perhaps that would be the new recruits for his army. He'll be needing them, if the US is anything to go by.
In more interesting news, Obama is related to Cheney, which brings up the question of "is Cheney black"? He certainly "popped a cap" in his hunting buddy.
Also, Stephen Colbert's running for President, sort of. Whatever...
In more distressing news, the Democratic congress has taken a page out of the British sitcom "Little Britain". When asked if they would continue with the resolution condemning the Armenian Genocide, Nancy Pelosi basically went:
"No but yeah but no but yeah but...."
