When a three year old girl can baloon up to 43kg's, obviously she's sick, one way or another.
Reminds me of an episode of CSI where a guy ate himself to death. Probably has the same ailments.
What's your cure for the common cold?
I just drown myself with water, take two paracetamols, put on a whole season of some old series (usually Blackadder), and curl up in bed.
Do you have a regular workout routine? What's your favorite form of exercise?
Not exactly the best spokesperson for a healthy lifestyle, but yeah I do have a workout routine.
Favorite form of exercise? Well, there's weightlifting, walking around my town to find something to bitch about in an e-mail to the town council, and then there's blogging...
Gotta keep those fingers in shape...
It comes as a surprise (to me, at least) that Malaysia, with the help of Cuba, are testing out a cancer vaccine. Hope it goes well...

MAKE UP YOU GOD DAMN MINDS!!!
Should I toss some in a salad with hopes that my prostate will stay healthy or am I just adding color?
I would think a bit of chocolate is actually beneficial to health, however, the criteria set in this article about just how much dark chocolate needs to be consumed needs careful attention.
Now this is definitely something for all those model moms to cheer about. You can now have thin babies as well?
Gasp! It's a dream come true, isn't it?
It seems that now, scientists, who were probably hired by some anorexic mom who wants her fetus in tip top shape, have discovered baby formula, minus the fat, which may make them obese.
It does this by suppressing hunger in babies. Sounds to me like the equivalent of whey powder.
I can already see babies comparing fat percentages and teasing the fatty for having more than 10% fat.
I've a vivid imagination.
Fine, I do understand that we are on the verge of being a world of fatties, and I'm probably there already, but to need baby formula to cope with obesity? I think we're reaching for it just a tad here.
Why not look into exercise as well as nutrition. Sure I'll admit that some babies may have a slow metabolism, thus the need for the hunger suppressant foods like this, but the fact that parents continue to push their kids in trolleys and carry them around on their backs in some sort of backpack looking device....sure, it helps the parents stay thinner, but you're making your child less enthused about exercise.
I understand that some parents may resent this, because they want to keep the child safe. Because letting a kid walk around a supermarket is dangerous with all the kidnappers lurking around the corner at some K-Mart or Carrefour or Makro or Tesco or wherever the heck you go shopping.
But it isn't helping your kid.
Let the kid run around, it'll be good cardio for the parents as well.
But who'll watch over them? some parents asked. Well, there's a kid play area being watched by attendants, who should be responsible enough to take care of them. And I'm sure CCTV's are there to help as well.
So please, dearest parents and future parents of newborns. You don't need a baby formula formulated like breast milk to keep your baby healthy. If that were the case, 20-year-olds would still be sucking on their moms to prepare for the next bodybuilding contest.
So I went to some local doctor here and he said that I needed better glasses and told me not to skip meals, as it seems to cause me to shiver and shake. And here I thought I had Parkinson's or something. Not that I mean any disrespect to those suffering from that disease.
Anyways, I'm fine. Thanks for the concern, even if it was somewhat...sarcastic..hahaha!
Something is really screwed up with me on a physical level, and I have no idea what the heck is going on. My eyesight's getting bad to the point that even when I wear my glasses my vision's blurry. As if that wasn't enough, my writing's gone awry as well. Not "I've-used-the-computer-too-long" awry, but the kind where your hand shakes and it's visible in my writing.
I also think I'm going deaf, but I honestly think that has more to do with the iPod and my choice of music.
Should go for a checkup.
Once again, guys, give up your thoughts on the topic.
Question from this article: Is fast food the problem causing Malaysian health degradation?
My personal thoughts:
Sure.
And then we can blame all the car companies for all the accidents that happen on the road, even if the drivers are drunk.
Folks, this move to stop fast food companies from advertising on government owned television and radio is a step by the government to push the blame on the failure of their health campaign.
Rakan Muda didn't work.
The Kempen Hidup Sihat didn't work.
Heck, even the commercial with Pak Lah walking and Najib scoring a goal didn't work.
The thing is, I doubt that fast food is the reason Malaysians are obese or overweight. My guess is it's because we, as a people, have a crappy healthy living guideline.
Can anyone still remember the food pyramid?
How long and how often is an average guy supposed to exercise?
We don't have this in our country. And look at our food products!
Nasi lemak. Roti canai. Mee Mamak.
I'm not saying that we cannot eat this food, or any other type of food. But you've got to burn the food through exercise.
